Our usual procedure is to send out items within 48 hours. If you happen to order after 3pm, don't worry! Your purchase will be processed the next day. However, if you're in a hurry or have any queries, feel free to reach out. We'll do our best to assist you!

Our Postage & Returns

Our Standard Postage Service

Our normal policy is to dispatch products within 48 hours. Orders made after 3pm will be processed the following day.

We use a variety of couriers, however you will be provided with an order tracking number.

Postage is a flat rate of £2.95 within the UK. This may exclude some items which are part of our Garden Collection. Products are clearly marked which are not covered in the £2.95 postage.

Our Neighbours & Local Delivery!

If you live within 10 miles of Selby we are happy to drop your order off free of charge, no minimum spend. Your package will be with you within 48 hours. Likewise, if you're on the cusp of the 10 mile radius, drop us an email and we'll see if we can personally deliver your order! info@figandrosehome.co.uk

Once we have your order, we will be in touch to arrange a drop off time. 

Orders where the incorrect postage has been selected will not be dispatched. We will contact you to arrange appropriate delivery.

For deliveries to the Highlands and Northern Ireland, we are happy to post to you. However, please drop us an email with the items you would like and we will get back to you with a postage cost calculated on the weight of the items. 

At the moment we don’t ship to Europe, ROI, Channel Island or internationally. We are currently working on this and hopefully we can bring Fig & Rose to your home in the near future. In the meantime, don't let this put you off. Drop us a line and I am sure we can come up with a solution.

Refunds & Returns

We hope that you will love your products, but if for some reason you would like to return it, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please drop us a line contact at info@figandrosehome.co.uk

Please include in the header “Request to return" followed by your order number. We will respond in 72 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you the returns address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are required to pay for returns postage. A refund will be issued within seven days of the item being received by Fig & Rose, minus the original postage cost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item and gift vouchers. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged Items

All our items are double checked before they are packed and dispatched. If you do receive a damaged product, please accept our apologies.  We ask that you inform us know within 24 hours by emailing us at info@figandrosehome.co.uk. Please include images of the damaged items and also any damage to the packaging.  We will respond to you within 72 hours.  Fig & Rose cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

We are trying to do our bit to help the planet. We recycle all our packaging. Sometimes, we may pack your items in a recycled box. All the packaging is clean and totally fit for re-use. Inside the packaging is all new and will be a delight to open.
