There are three to chose from:
Reviving: Lemon Peel, Jasmine Flowers, Rose Petals, Peppermint and Lovage.
Relaxing: Calendula, Rose Petals, Jasmin, Chamomile, Heather and Lavender.
Soothing: Chamomile, Meadowsweet, Cornflowers and Nettle.
Each jar contains approximately four baths. Pop the tea in to the tea bag provided and tie. Pop into a hot bath or hand under running water allow the tea to infuse.
